This Lunar Eclipse reminded me the one we had the last year. Same place, same time, same conditions.
Only the difference was that this time I was completely alone on the site.
This morning I came to Soldiers' Delight viewing site about 5:45 A.M. and was really surprised by seeing the Moon at all.
That time it was exactly between two big clouds
Then at about 6:05 Moon disappeared.
Then at about 6:25 Moon started to reappear. That picture clearly show uncertainty of clouds vs shadow.
About two minutes later shadow was clearly visible.
Some smaller clouds still went through the Moon and hide the shadow.
Atmospheric distortion caused reshaping of the Moon.
Moon getting lower and almost hit wires.
Next two pictures are with completely crazy shape of the Moon. Never seen anything like this.
That is the last "Good" picture at about 6:40 A.M.
The very last picture before the complete disappearance. The Moon even did not hit the wires.
